I apologize for the newbie type question as I’m sure these get asked a lot. I’m an Arctic Cat guy who wants to make the move to becoming a Polaris guy. Have a lead on a 2020 INDY XCR 850. Demo sled. 700 miles. Deal is at $10,500. I feel like this is a pretty decent deal given what I’ve seen in my limited research... But I’m new to the Polaris world so would love to hear if others agree. Thanks.

If the sled is in really good shape, it’s a great deal.

great shape. For options it Has electric start, PIDD and the ice ripper track.
Electric start and PIDD are definitely upgrades. Remember, the XCR model is the one that came with items not found on the regular XC trail models. Those would be things like: upgraded shock package, upgraded brakes, I think extra skid bracing, etc. MSRP is around $15k-ish. 700 miles is nothing for a season of riding. And if I recall, a demo sled needs to have at least 400 miles on it before a dealer can sell it as a 'demo model'. Simple math shows if you can get it for $10k-ish, you are getting it at 33% off MSRP for only 700 miles of use. So the deal is good - provided the 700 miles of use isn't 700 miles of 'abuse'. And I think demo sleds still come with warranty.

Thanks turtle. It does come with a 1 year warranty. I made the deal. Already brought her home. Man I can’t wait for winter...My wife hates it when i say that.

Does it have the conventional tunnel?

Does it have the conventional tunnel?
The Indy XCR does have the conventional tunnel with the Pro CC skid. The Switchback or Rush XCR's have the hinged tunnel with the Pro XC suspension.

I know it's confusing ... The Indy XC sleds have the Pro CC suspension. And the hinged tunnel sleds have the suspension known as the Pro XC.
