I've got a 2016 Rush Pro-S short track (121"). Manual says it comes with tunnel protection from the factory.

Upon inspection I see two aluminum rails secured to the top of the tunnel that align with the track paddles or outside edge of the center where I plan to place studs?

I assume this is the tunnel protection? I expected to see plastic rails so I'm surprised to see it's aluminum.

Can someone confirm? Thanks.

Polaris installs the aluminum tunnel protector from the factory. You "might" be able to move them but it would be a pretty big job. I've never seen or heard of anyone moving them. Polaris recommends no more than 1/4"-3/8" penetration (the length of stud beyond the track lug).

Thanks, just wanted to confirm these were the factory protectors.
