I think your only going to more like 80-85 with a 2 inch lug..just my opinion. that's a lot of track to move. I like the Jaws pipe combo with the bullydog, but I would wait and see what the fuel mapping is on the 17s. you can always add it later..Nice looking ride btw

I think you meant 0-1000'

Can't go wrong with jaws.

We're going to Dyno a 17 assault 800 soon to see what's up.

Joey and bmp are too and great info from him already Div20

I had a 14 aslt with 1.8 gearing with a 2" worked good not sure what to do for clutching tho stock as of now

We can help with advice :D

Just need to know more

Leaving it stock for now but put 24/43 gear ratio (1.8) , got cpc 70-80 clutch weights just wondering what I should put for weight and where to put it and what to run for a spring

That depends on many things

Your elevation?

Weight?

Helix ?

Riding style?

0-1000 above sea
200lbs
Stock 58/44 for now
Do a lot of off trail but just as much trail

hi i have a sba 2015 2" 2.00 gear need clutching option for drag i have 11-66 blue pink primary spring 140-240 sec stock helix, do you guys have some ideas??? thks

So your target rpm is 8200-8250. My first choice is a 48-44 and 46-42 full , both angles are on the same helix. Two springs I would have on hand 140-220 and 155-222 with the track ur using. Start off with the 46-42full ramp and 140-220 spring. That track will load the secondary, which will load the motor, if the 140 is to weak, put the 155-222 spring in.

ok thks i will check that for sure i bought a 68-40.46 and 60-40.36 this summer to try but no snow to test it yet my rpm is low when the trail get softer a little i tought the 40 angle will rise my rpm a bit with a 155-222 maybe what do you think?

The 40 would help, the problem is your first angle is to steep, the AXYS won't like those start angles it won't recover enough because of to much load, especially considering your running 11 series in front clutch..

it's not an axys its a switchback assault 144 does it make a différence?

O shit sorry, I run a 46-42 155-222 in my SKS with 1.5 cobra , studded and 8 tooth drivers 2.86 pitch works great with my weights. My gear is 21/39

thats what i try to figure lol no problem
