I have had good luck with deep lug tracks - 137 Freeride with 2.25 (A friend still rides this sled - over 4000 miles and no problems with track.), 146 Summit with 2.5 and now SBA with 2" - (The Summit did vibrate on hard pack and I put the Dupont slides on when I had to replace the stock ones)...
I put just over 1100 miles on my 2" SBA this year, mostly trail, if you go with a 2" just add a set of scratchers for bad trail days and you will be good. The SKS would be my choice today - the adjustable ski stance and gripper skis would be worth it to me - SKS on wide is 41 and SBA is 42.5...
Does the Rox 4-6 adjustable riser fit without new cables? I tried on the Polaris fitment guide but it only has up to 2016.
If not the adjustable one can I put the 5.25 inch riser on.
I am looking to get 1 to 2 inches above stock.
Just got the call - mine is in and will pick it up Saturday :) I ordered a windshield bag, skid plate, belt, case of oil and a spare set of plugs - is there any other items that are needed to start out with, I was looking at an Elite Front bumper too. I have mountain addition gas cans/storage...
Last year I was on a 146 Summit. It was ok but it wasn't the best for how/where we ride, I had a 137 Freeride before that and it was a good all round sled for what we do. I am hoping the SBA will be similar to Freeride as an overall good sled to ride but better off trail.
Those look awesome - I cant wait for mine to come in, got the email 2 weeks ago but the dealer said no word yet. Hope it comes in soon as the snow show is in a couple of weeks and I really want to have some garage time with it to figure out what I want to buy for accessories - my first Polaris...
