I have two 18 RMK AXYS 800 163 sleds both with PIDD and they both have the fuel level cap on the tank and no electric fuel level guage in the tank so there is no electric gage input to the PIDD. Does your sled have the manual gage cap on the tank??

People have been using sticky back cork on the bar before outting the heaters on and this seems to work very well!! Look on Snowest site in one of the "stickys" on PRO I think you will find it there. The cork is available in the hoby section in Wal Mart or other hobby outlets.

The cooler is part of the tunnel!!! Start it up and watch the Temp on the guage and put your hand on the top of the tunnel (rear) on the left side over the T slot and it will tell you that is the area carrying the coolant and it comes back to the engine on the other side of the tunnel!
