Does anyone know for sure the thread diameter and pitch for the clutch bolt on a 1998 Indy 500? I think it is 7/16 18?

Clutch is perfect. More descriptive would be to say it's cutting out that's why I think it can be the CDI box mis firing at high rpm, or is it a case where it either works or does not run?

Does anyone have the specs to test a CDI / Ignition coil? NOT THE STATOR, the cdi unit itself.
