    swaybar 2016 rush pro s

The link to your pictures is not working. If your referring to the sway bushings or links being loose and sloppy then replace them.

    2015 pro s 800 will not rev past 6900rpm

You checked everything I can think of. Clutch wear could be an issue. If I remember correctly the EGT on the early 800 AXYS motors had a tendency to fail. As far as the cable is concerned it’s POO digital wrench procedure. .

    Polaris 2021

It’s crazy! Cancel school-day care-sports-any and all gatherings. However, keep showing up for work cause we need the revenue!

XCR vs. XC Seat Position and Ergo

I was also a TY member for many years and yes there is a lot of "help" over there. We need the rest of those guys to start buying Poo's and migrate to this site. Not sure what they are waiting for? Yamaha is probably never building their own chassis againo_O

Pro S 800 hesitation and backfire

I am "not" having this issue but it sounds fuel/electric related as you are backfiring. If it is a fuel pump sock/filter blockage it might be harder to diagnose in the shop(fuel not sloshing in the tank) if the fuel pressure reading is good. I would check the exhaust valves and the exhaust...

XCR vs. XC Seat Position and Ergo

Dude! We just aren't getting the traffic here yet. You already answered your question and I will just confirm with "yes".

    Setting up suspension

Softer dial settings will make it ride more plush but the adverse effect would be not handling larger or harder hits. It’s up to you to find the the happy medium. Kinda like picking a bed mattress. Start at the bottom and work your way up or start at factory settings and adjust from there. Keep...

    Setting up suspension

No problem, I’ll see if I can help you out. The XCR is fairly stiff but depending on how far you want to go you can make it better. First things first - check your owners manual as almost everything want to know is in there. The WE hi/lo shocks are valued for a beating so you can’t change that...

Art What specific issues are you having with your XCR? Are you riding primarily trails?

    Stud Advise - Rush 600

No 129 in a rush chassis. I did a little digging. The XCR uses a 121" track and the Pro-S uses a 120" track according to the CAMSO site. Makes sense now why I have 2ea per row for 96ea. I have 2ea of them so you would think I would've known!

    Stud Advise - Rush 600

Hmmm. Cobra track is 1.35" 2 per row on mine and that is plenty. On hard pack it will hook up and point the skis to the sky. I checked the woodys website and if you check pro-s its 84ea and if you check xcr it's 96ea. Weird as they should both be 120" but the XCR has different drivers so I...

    Stud Advise - Rush 600

I put 2ea per row(woody's gold digger) on the XCR 600 and XCR 800. I believe that ends up being 96ea. I do all my riding in Wisconsin and no problems with steering using 6" carbides. I don't know which track you have so I can't recommend a length. I use woody's website to get the suggested...

    Hand guards

Good question. I have had them on the Polaris "mid" and the Polaris "tall". Using the tall windscreen I needed to pull the bars back a bit so the hand guards were not hitting. Powermadd does make a "tall" that is more of a forward facing windscreen that allows hand guards without tweaking you...

    Release Date

Polaris website is updated showing not much more than expected. Only Rush model is the pro-s. XCR is now in the Indy Chassis. It appears the Indy Chassis will be the future.
