clutch engagement is based on centrifugal force so more base mass will lower engagement. go with the TM cutlers,as brock said that spring in the secondary is way to strong..
First thing is clutch temp,? What is it, can you keep your hand on them? How are the belts going bad a pic would help, you need float.last shat was the circumference of your belts?
your base weight is to heavy..but seeing as how you have the 65s just put a .75 in the tip with a 310 finish spring abd see if you can pull it. what is the rest of the set up( rear clutch)?
Call Greg.. also stock covers don't cover the header pipe. I think it has to do with head pipe being able to cool down which affects the pulses in the pipe..
How is ur belt? Did you try a different one? That spring and helix combo is normal, not aggressive..what your going to have to do is figure out what weight you want to run and taylor the secondary around it..
