The re-flash for 2016's that the 17's have.

The map is only for 2016s not 15s if you read what I wrote they changed something in the TPS for 16 so the map they had for 15s isn't working right. I also believe the new map is the same one the 17s will have

New dealer wants to be the best, with your help!

Oil, spark plugs, hifax, wear bars, idler wheels, belts, bearings skis, shocks, clutches at least one set of parts to do a top end rebuild a-arms, spindles What frustrates me about dealer is communication and customer service. Dealers that act like they care, and try to help, are easy to get...

The re-flash for 2016's that the 17's have.

I am wondering this as well? Johnnybravo on here said greg from jaws is saying don't do the reflash update. But I have no idea why. I am guessing Like I said on another thread, I doubt the mapping was changed other than the programming for the idle voltage. Problem is they used the same ECU...

02 800 xc so set up?

I had SLP clutch kit on mine and it ripped. Make sure you get the clutch balanced they are known to loose PTO crank bearings. Run 93 in the premium mode for hotter timing. Mine was an 01 and they were jetted very rich not sure about 02 i leaned mine way down like 10 main jet sizes. They were...

    Jaws pipe. ?

Doubt the mapping was changed other than the programming for the idle voltage. Problem is they used the same ECU program on the 16 as the 15 had but they changed the TPS in some way. The 15 had idle voltage spec of 0.913 +- 0.01 Volts DC. And 16s have 0.940 +- 0.01 Volts DC. So on 16s the...

    Pulling engine out. ?

If you pull the whole power valve assembly out as one unit and don't touch anything else then you don't have to bud I would have your dealer hook it up anyway. They do it every time I have my sled in its not a big deal to do they click a button on there laptop and it calibrates them in a couple...
