    Clutching advise...

    What doc is sayin is go with a shallower cam and lighter spring in secondary as first choice. Or , use what you got for a cam and add a 155/222 . It won’t slip on hole shot or up top with the 50/44 fp

    weight , suspension, track lug and gear ratio plays a big role in clutching. The pipe mod is not friendly when motor is optimum and hotter. Falls off hard. But, you can start with something like this Try a set of CPC IT ( 60-70 gram)Adjustables . Start with around 63 grams+. 120/310...

    Compression Testing

    5 pulls wot cold or hot The habor freight tester probably has a small id line and to long so reading will be low I’d be more concerned with how far off both cylinders are then you’re tester from harbour freight? What year make and model?

    Outward float is for belt alignment in stationary position Under load the secondary will move in to bulkhead (inward float) as engine moves towards the driver The engine moves under load as it should. Polaris has this engineered and is in the alignment tool Just let it float in from tool...
