Good angles with P2 guys
I got 3 custom cuts now. So it's not custom now RD?
No biggy as it was only $25.00 more but someone can get it cheaper now? Lol
Doubt anyone will want what I got as it's steep for racing only
Well if those are you're times. Good for you, and you obviously know what you're doing. I definitely wasn't trying to put you down at all. Just stating the cosdra circuit ran by Chris always had slower times then msdra or others. When Chris from cosdra ran haydays, the times were a little slower...
I don't think he's racing the pro circuit?
Anyways, on the cosdra circuit here in Canada, no 600 has went under 5.8 seconds in a true 500 foot length track. Shortening the track under 500' does make times faster though as I've seen in years past . Can't go by what you've seen for et on one...
Carbs are important, needs to be on the edge a little to be mean
Density altimeter
2.10-2.22 gear ratio per track start
Sled should be 82-85 mph at end
64/44.75 cam or 54/40 full progressive
Stock is what again?
Get the slp torque strap and flow rites
Go down 3 jet sizes if ur no more then 2000' above sea level
I believe u have a 1.64 ratio?
Change that to a 1.71 or 1.75 with studs
Use studs a 3/8-1/2" higher then lug height
Align clutches. Let it float in 0.060" from tool...
Pipe makers have had these bungs for the new 18 for awhile.
That's why I said if u drill and tap the original there's less then 0.200" in wall thickness.
On my 02-2004 xcsp 700's with mikuni's I was down 5-6 jet sizes . But I had egt racepak to monitor and looked at piston wash .
You can go down a couple to a few safely
Boost bottle equalize between both
It's a mod you'll never notice any power gains . But every little bit helps. Getting a proper piston wash with changing main jets and pilots is a mod you will notice . Usually you can go down 4 main jet sized from stock safely
