    Perc Rev not working

There’s anoher cluster of wires behind the steering post like right where the hood closes. Should be wrapped in a black Velcro stripped bag. Have a look there.

    Perc Rev not working

Ill have to do some research later on. It HAS to have a fuse. I really hope that’s the problem after all this lol But TPS could definately be the problem as well.

    Perc Rev not working

Pop that cap off with the purple clip on it. See if that’s it. I am away working until next week so sorry I can’t get a pic of the fuse holder.

    Perc Rev not working

It’s a mini style 2amp fuse but like I said it’s enclosed. Look for a wire that’s dead ended by a Black cap and has a clip you press to pop the cap off. Post a pic of the wires all Separated by the shock tower.

    Perc Rev not working

Well I’ve had it happen like I said above. Are you 100% sure in that cluster of wires by the shock tower there isn’t a wire that’s like dead ended and has a black cap on it? You have to pop the cap off to see the fuse. That’s exactly where it’s at on all the 600/800 Pro Rode and AXYS Chassis...

    Perc Rev not working

Underneath the clutch guard. Like right below the Blue plug/coils but underside of the guard. You wont see a fuse, it will be a Black capped fuse holder. There's a cluster of wires in there, just move them around and its in there. I cant remember 100% on that model sled as I haven't worked on...

    Perc Rev not working

I just had my reverse on my Indy not working and it was the fuse. There’s a cluster of wires above the clutch guard like in front of the shock tower (inside the belly pan) There’s a black capped fuse holder that holds a 2amp fuse.

    Perc Rev not working

Whats the sled idling at before you press the reverse button? And the engine actually shuts down? If you did a compression test with a guage and its good, then check all connections. Take apart the block for the controls and make sure there's no corrosion in there and contact are good. Check all...

    Durability kit replacement piston

Alot of kits do use the Spacer yes. But theres mixed reviews if its necessary or not. And its not that they all use Cat pistons. Certain shops use pistons they designed or other brands they feel are superior to another brand. It creates more volume and which should create more HP. Just be sure...

    Who’s getting one?

Have you guys seen this video? Not sure what’s up with it as it looks edited and maybe slowed down? Cause them sleds aren’t doing 90+ MPH when they go by the Cameraman?? With 9% more HP that 850 better be waking away from the DOO 850 and Polaris 800 as well! hmmmm ...

    2019 Line Up!! Thoughts?

Yup I have been reading that topic. But also consider the skidoo 850 comes in the 129” Chassis. There’s a dealership about 4 hrs away from me supposed to have one the end of the Month. If he does, then I’ll bring all 3 of my sleds over and run them against the INDY 850. That will Be the...

    2019 Line Up!! Thoughts?

I am going to have a real hard time not getting an INDY 850, but I've got some other places that my cash needs to go. Hard hitting acceleration is a factor for me, I can make the suspension work with adjustments and rider ability, so I think it may be better for me to wait and see how against...

    Tps voltage check with pcv

You can use the PCV but you also have to go through the steps that the dealership woild use with the digital wrench program. Meaning use a Voltage meter, Sweeping the throttle and making adjustments according to spec for idle and wide open voltage. Throttle cable needs to be disconnected. Pretty...

    Who’s getting one?

Get rid of that Gold spring, add a 120/320 with 74g weights and I bet that’s 2 lengths there alone. Can’t wait to see this sled flying on the snow!

    New to Polaris

What’s your wide open RPMs? Keep them at 8300 mac Gearing to a 1:71-1:74 ratio will help pull harder. Make sure your belt tension is set properly as that can make a big difference in speed. Brock had a lot of helpful info for clutchung these sleds so seems you already read his posts.

    Full progressive helix observations Tss04

I’ve always run FP helix for drag racing only. In real loose powder snow they aren’t the proper helix to use. The FP keeps the Sled say in a lower gear and doesn’t shift out as soon therefore pulls harder through the mid range. I found I had to load it up with a stiffer secondary spring, and...

    Who’s getting one?

Well it’s a matter of opinion if the INDY XC is a “better” sled than the Pro S Chassis. Seems that the guys who drove both are going with the INDY XC. Even over the Assault. We seen guys give up there PRO S and go to the Assault because it was the only available regular style tunnell sled...
