    So it's over reving on first hit? Most likely because of rapid upshift due to a lack of traction then settling in at 8300-8400?this part sounds normal. Keep your clutching more in sink will correct this.sled is to revy as I call it.

    machine down all friction contact points ? .IE all wheels cut narrower, and hyfax and use plastic or billet wheels. do you think this would help?

    the silber is set up the same way,as far as I knew you would change the wate gate spring to change ur boost....unless this has changed with his kit

    that is an external waste gate. preferred set up for low elevation turbo kits. does the same thing a internal waste gate does,but with less turbulence .

    My buddy has a TD cat 2016 with there tune. set at 260 hp , we were in Canada riding my son was on the cat and I was on the sks, we were riding big trail in some huge fields and moving at 65 mph , I was ahead of him just cruising and we both hit it,and much to my surprise he could not get by me...

    You need the other injectors to make more power. Stock injectors I hear are only good for 7 lbs. Also the intack track becomes wet, which is better then just air, better for crank cooling,reed life, and mostly luberication..

    Auxiliary injectors are a must You need to remember a stock sled at Greg's is about 140 stock . That being said with my sled all stock except the head cut put me about 130 for hp. So we added over 50 hp with the turbo kit at this point. Does this clarify better?

    Over 2000 on crank, we are still perfecting long gevity with cylinder lubrication. At 1100 miles was some nick wear above exhaust port, we addessed this with some top end oilers, kinda like the cteck cat 600. Have to pull it apart this summer to examine cylinder. This could also be done just...

    I'm currently running on the trail just over 6psi with the waste gate set at 5psi, pump gas..5 psi wont net you 200 hp on gregs dyno..your going to need about 9..can you upgrade to the gtx? version that will spool quicker. we tested at 7.2 and made 185 hp range at Gregs

    the biggest issue your going to run into is the ability for the exhaust to get out threw the turbine side when turning up the boost. find out what the A/R is of the exhaust housing and the specs on the turbine wheel. the pipe back pressure can be a problem with higher boost levels, one thing to...

    you could stretch anything, you would just have to have a different tail piece made.. I wanted it to look factory.jamie stretched a shorty to 128, there are pictures of it somewhere. And yes the 144 pro -xc is powered by the 840..
