That helix worked quite well til I got to 42 degrees then the rpm climbed to 8450. So now I have my TM's loaded with 68.3 grams, 110-290 spring, secondary has 140-200 spring, and the 50-44 full progressive helix. Also am geared to 1.80 and have a Jaws pipe. Will be testing this coming...

Actually both clutches are pretty cool to the touch of my bare hand. I can actually hold my hand on either clutch indefinitely. That's why I didn't try the 130-180 plus I'm quite happy with the backshift of the 140-200.

    Hand guards with tall windshield

I bought a set of Rox hand guards at Haydays this year. IMO covers your hands way better from the wind.

That spring engages at 4200 on my Assault. I went to a 110-290 with Turbo Mags and in the secondary a 140-200 with a 50-42 full progressive. Was going to test this weekend but dang the flu put a stop to that. :mad:And if that doesn't work for a helix in the secondary I will try a 66/44-42-.45...

Luckily all that I've ever had to use was the 130-180, 140-200, and 145-220.

That spring is what I'm using in my Assault with a 50-44 Dalton full progressive. I have the TM weights loaded up to 68.3 grams and had a 110-290 spring. It revved 8300 with the Jaws pipe. Just 50 rpm too low. I have in it now a 120-300 spring but have not tried it yet but will be this Saturday...

I have a Dalton set up with QAP3 weights with a 3/8 at the tip and a 5/8 at the heel, Dalton 100-305 primary spring. Secondary is a P2 with a 140-200 tabbed Polaris spring with a 50-44 fully progressive helix. This set up works extremely well. Tomorrow I'll be trying my Turbo Mags with them...

    More Air Flow

If you have a black hood it's pretty hard to see them.

    Assault fast trail set up

My findings exactly. In my 15 Pro S I changed the spring in the FTS. Hell of a lot better ride and hardly any bottoming.

    Assault fast trail set up

IMO they could have valved the front track shock quite a bit softer cause if you read the owner's manual they say to set the clicker at 2. That doesn't leave much room for adjusting.

Jaws pipe w/heat shield, race can and North star clutch kit

I have a 2017 Assault 800. I changed the gearing to 1.80 from 1.74. Changed my clutching as follows: Dalton QAP3 weights with 3/8 in tip, 5/8 at heel, Dalton100-305 primary spring. P2 secondary with Dalton fully progressive 50-44 helix, and the tabbed 140-200 spring from Polaris. Jaws pipe. 133...

    Clutching advise...

That's a pretty good spring choice. Try it out. You should definitely get less belt slippage.

    The pipe mod.

    SSI pipe

It's a crap shoot. Some worked really well and some detonated even with a PCV.

    Bikeman-Polaris Axys 800 Owners!!!

CFM refers to cubic feet per minute. It's the amount of air consumed in that time.

Titan Helmets /Woody Studs /Power Commander

I saved huge on the Trigger studs! Put 133 studs on my Assault and it hooks up incredible on ice. Also a big shout out to Brock for telling me which length to use. Div20
