Haydays is the Show of all the shows. The sled manufactures all go there so pretty much is the official show of the year and is used to release new products by everyone. People might be making cuts and not going to smaller shows but they are so they can put everything towards haydays instead.
You need a complete primary clutch with the starter ring gear. Polaris doesn't sell the sheave separate. They sell it as a complete clutch. I believe because they don't want people putting the ring gear on incorrectly and it coming off at 8500 rpm
Im not attending but I always look forward to the photo reports and to see the new products and race sleds that come out! Definitely gets sleds full on my brain! Looking forward to my new 850 Assault
I think this is great. Kids can ride this size and they won't out grow it in a year and can be adjusted for there size as they grow. Smart move for polaris. Basically no R&D cost for this just recycled parts. Its a Indy 550. new style plastic panels, and everything lowered.

I been breaking in my assault and it runs about 100 degrees all the time even in very low slow down bare roads the temps stay low its pretty amazing. But warming it up to 100 would take forever. I warm it up to 80 and then ride it taking it easy until its good and warm

nice! no need to triple post on this forum, its not a large one that you could miss a post.
What does timing offset do? why would you want timing different between the 2 cylinders? That is interesting about the water temp correction factors being the same. Will the motor run at full power...
Well the bikeman uses the internal stinger i don't think you would want a cover for a pipe using that design as it makes a lot of heat? Probably would help the SLP. It looks like a hack job but if it works it works but its definitely not for everyone
