Hey there, so it looks like i'm selling my PCv because DynoTech doesnt have a map for the 18' 800 Rush (they claim the factory mapping is great). I'll sell it for $350 plus shipping and like i mentioned it has the map from DynoTech on it for the 15' 800 rush pro-s. i still have the box and all...

    New mods made any suggestions

Looks like a good setup but, I would add the PC5 with the DynoTech map.

Help with performance mods I have done so far please

I like your gear set-up. Check your track tension and be sure it hangs loose about 1/2" @ 16" from back idlers after being warmed up, and then be sure your belt to sheave clearance is .015" and i personally have had better success with the Polaris belts

New to Polaris / Secondary clutch has movement on driveshaft

Completely normal and preferred 1/4-3/8 inch of float to keep secondary lined up with primary under load. Congrats on the new sled, you'll love it!

    PC5 on 2018 800 rush?

I bought the PC5 right from DynoTech with their map on it after about 1800 miles without it, and it really helps on the bottom through midrange of the power band imho. Which is where you need/want it for fast trail riding. My understanding is it also added needed/additional fuel in the top end...

    PC5 on 2018 800 rush?

Hey guys I just picked up a leftover snowcheck select, limesqueeze and I'm curious if anyone has/is running a good PC5 map for it? I had some great results with it on my 15 but know that Poo makes ECU changes, etc.. thanks for any input!

    Shocks

Hey Nick, have you adjusted the factory fts spring preload? That's definitely a good place to start and if you've already maxed that out a lot of guys have installed the heavier spring depending on your weight.

Lined up with an 18' 850?

Very happy so far after about 600 + miles. Acceleration in loose pack is the most significant gain over the stock rip-2 and i havent noticed any sacrifice with corner to corner hard trail riding. Expecting a difference and possible drop off in performance on ice and top end speed but im not...

Lined up with an 18' 850?

Okay guys, what are the real world results out there? I had 3 hard pulls in loose pack trail conditions and did well 0-75 mph against a renegade x (which is what i expected and hoped for). 2 out of 3 runs i had sled length hole shots that held until 70-75 when the long legs of the 850 went by...

    More Air Flow

The vents work great and look factory even on my white hood. One down side to be aware of is; the somewhat heated windshield bag, becomes not heated at all!

    Clutching advise...

Hey Brock, What's the results of not making any of the changes you talk about here, other than the primary weights? I've spent some buck$ already with rear track springs, revalve, new track and studs. Just wondering what I can expect, thanks!

    Clutching advise...

Hey guys, I' m curious if my track change will affect my current set up? I just installed the new Camso storm 150 and I can't wait to try It! I also have Brocks recommended setup which rocks, but I did have some belt slip in reverse last year so im installing the 3 delrin washers that never got...
