So this INDY XC has got some great reviews and IMO is going to be great for Polaris.
It should bring some DOO and CAT guys over who didn’t want the Pro S Chassis.
I am waiting until 2020 until I can get the ASSAULT paid for and save some Cash for the INDY XC 850.
I have a funny feeling this...
How much for the Springs and Helix? I don’t need the weights.
Shipping would be to Nova Scotia Canada. Postal Code is B1L1G9
I wanna try his kit compared to my clutching on a timer.
I think when we go to the porting stage of modding an engine it’s expected that there’s going to be some tweaking.
I would talk to SLP and ask them for an honest response on how the BD will Manage the Air fuel for a daily driver sled.
Did they check the TPS, like go through the full process according to the Shop manual?
Pull your ECU plugs out and check for any bent pins.
Swap out for a known good EGT probe as well.
You could use the BD programmer for sure. It’s supposed to “self tune”
I haven’t ported my 17 SBA, but there’s always gains to be had over factory specs. Guys have ported them and reported back with positive results.
I had my Dragon and INDY done and there’s noticeable power gain.
I responded to Dennis post in the pro ride section...
Various things to check.
1st and simple, check to make sure your plugs are snuggled up good. Plug caps on tight?
When’s the last time the fuel filter has been changed?
Are you running fresh 91+ octane fuel?
Any pipe or other mods, are you...
The Porting gives the sled a nice bit of extra power. It’s noticeable over the stage 3.
As long as you know how to use a PCV and make adjustments then go with the stage 4.
SLPs gear is pretty reliable but myself I like to keep it dialed in for max performance.
You will however be able to load...

Have fuel pressure checked.

Leave it alone if it’s holding 8300-8350.
You’re running a 120/310?
If so, you could go to a 120/320 and the 68s and that may stop the spike to 8400 and hold at 8300.
It’s all a game and you will always be chasing RPMs. Depends how fussy you want to get!
Ya these motor mounts have been causing guys grief. Grab the motor by the primary clutch and see if you can twist it very much, kinda like towards the right handle bar.
And do a visual inspection on the mounts see if they are becoming flat.
Try your stock can. Those 2 Cans don’t have the best rep. The MBRPs are hit and miss from what I read.
What’s your sled revving for wide open RPMs when you are racing?
Should be 8300 max.
72G might be a bit too much weight for a stock motor. Try going with next smaller pins. I would also run a 120/320 spring, especially in place of that 100/275. The 120/310 is fine in the Assault so its either change to a 120/320 or take out some pin weight. I'd take out the weight 1st choice.
