It use to be Holtzman and then Straightline bought out Holtman and there pantent. I have ran a few of there kits they work great.

There are so many variables. are they beating you drag racing,top speed? What are your rpms? is your beldt adjusted correctly.

I believe you will have to take the motor out if the shaft is stripped.

if you tried all them it has to be in the wiring harness.I would check to see if it rub through somewhere.How about voltage regulator?

I know a while back I saw some aftermarket companies made conversion blocks.Try rox or powermadd.

I'm a little confused as to why they said to replace the wiring harness? where you having electrical issues? Are you going to get the cylinder renicasiled or did you find one for sale? I would change the fuel filter too.
