BIG THANKS TO DR. NOTADOO AND BROCK

On a stock motor, stock exhaust, 1.74 gearing....would the SSI adjustable weights set @ 71.4g (3-2-2) be sufficient or is that too much weight? 50-44F helix, 120/310 primary and 140/220 secondary already installed.

Break in review and procedure, hope this helps people

Did you break-in the Gates belt for the first 30, 40, 50 miles or let 'er rip from the get go?

    Switchback VooDoo blue powder coat

I dig it! Did my rear crank and handlebar riser & clamps in satin black to drown out some of the VooDoo Blue. Either way, very ez to disassemble and makes a big difference in appearance IMO.

    91 non mode?

As stated above, there is a performance difference between 91 octane and ethanol setting. I will be running the 91 octane setting during break in and thereafter unless I have to put gas in the tank that is lower than 91 octane.

    Gates 46C4387

I'm fine with my set-up....but, like I said, had my clutches professionally massaged to this belt. Haven't tried it out yet other than on the lift, so I don't have any feedback yet. Nothing creeps, nothing is too loose, nothing binds, no black rings on primary, nothing negative. Belt to sheave...

That's about where mine sits in the secondary with spot on belt deflection @ 1.25". My primary was indexed and balanced to this belt and secondary balanced as well. I set the proper offset/alignment and then was generous on the amount of float. There's plenty of helpful tips on this site to get...

Brock....I know you mention MY2015, but what about the 2016's? Was the 2016 tested to create a new timing/map based on stock exhaust and stock motor factoring in the 3% lean change Polaris did on the ECU?

Where to start on MY clutching

Is there much of a performance difference between the TEAM 140/200 and 140/220 secondary springs?

PC V on a AXYS? Where?

    Awesome....thanks Doc.

Oil tank vent?? Need or no?

Yes, the oil cap's used on the AXYS is vented. The problem is this....if you get oil into the .050 hole in the cap or ice from moisture it won't vent properly, thus creating a possible air bubble in the line. I simply reduce or eliminate this possibility by venting the oil tank. Is it imperative...

PC V on a AXYS? Where?

Is this the Powercommander V w/built in ignition control version? I guess the PC FC I have does not have capability to adjust timing whereas the fore mentioned PCV does.

PC V on a AXYS? Where?

Almost positive the line has a check valve. Unsure if it's one way or not. Yes, on the grommet. All I can tell you is that is works! Installed on many prior sleds. Just one of those things that's over looked that I add for piece of mind.

PC V on a AXYS? Where?

Yep, but I always do whether or not the particular sled needs it. Cheap insurance.

    Pipe shoot out dec 22

This is a good question. I have the PC FC....will it be able to accept the hot tune you boys created for the BMP pipe or SSI pipe mod?

??? SSI PRO MAG ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS ???

ProS....I agree w/RD. Try a TEAM white 120/310. That's what I have installed along with the Polaris 10-70's. I have intentions on ordering a Bikeman pipe.

    Pipe shoot out dec 22

As another member stated prior, I wasn't in the market for an aftermarket exhaust. But, having the this kind of information distributed on this forum by experienced members is great! Now, it has me in the market for an aftermarket exhaust. Everyone wins. Thanks for all those involved.

PC V on a AXYS? Where?

ECU....upper right corner. Plenty of clearance and doesn't cover any of the serial/part #'s. Zip tie the wires to make it look clean. Run the ground down the carbon fiber overstructure and connect to the rear most front bumper bolt.

I've got plenty of garage miles currently! With all this down time, It's spawned a huge interest for me in this pipe/pipe mod conversation. I'm geared identical to you @ 1.74 and probably clutched similar as well. I have the PCV, however, I'm awaiting Jim's final mapping for the 2016's. But like...
