    X springs on pro-s?

I bought a two up seat and backrest for my Adventure. In the kit they included the Pro-X 150 # rear track spring. My sled has Fox QS3 shocks, the rear is a coil over air shock. I won't need the spring, it's for sale. PM me an offer.

Team secondary inner adjuster ring wear?

I've been scratching my head for years trying to figure out a solution. two things I came up with, and they seemed to help, was to drill and tap out the other bosses on the outer sheave. Then use 3 bolts and lock nuts to adjust belt deflection. You would still have a free hole to screw in the...

    Idler wheel replacement?

Why do they chunk out? Is it because the spoked wheels flex slightly? Are the spoked wheels that much lighter or are they that much cheaper, lowering the bottom line? Read, CHEAP!!

    OVERDRIVE P85 PRIMARY

And there are no downsides to being capable of maximum overdrive, even if you don't get there. Personally, I concentrate on tight corner to corner riding when possible, so I may never achieve the speeds to get into overdrive. Then it's only a 600 switchback too.

Let's start chatting about the 2017 Assault Switchback

We're too mean for that! We don't work on cats. We just sit back and watch em changing the belt (again) LOL I gotta admit though, he's pretty good at it! At least now, he'll have good lighting. On a serious note, do you have a price point yet? I assume this kit will fit all AXYS based chassis...

    SLP AXYS vent kit???

Wouldn't cfm difference show up on a dyno pull at full throttle? It would be interesting to run a before and after Vent kit install to see the difference in flow.

    Proper clutch alignment

Ed, I totally agree with you on a lot of float. Which begs the question, why does Poo still deliver sleds with so little float? My last three sleds came with 20-40 thousandths of float. I like at least .080"-0.120" myself.

This was an issue with the Pro-Ride chassis. I was hoping that was resolved on the Axys chassis. Guess not:Banghead

    Sled tie downs

Bite the bullet and invest in a good ski guide system. You will thank yourself in the middle of the winter. And as racerdave said, you must tie down the sled. In an emergency situation, your sled can become a missile, hurting yourself or someone else.

92 decibels is extremely loud. Some of the local race tracks limit stock cars to 92db. The questions is, how far away is the sample taken?

    Seafoam

This is my take on fuel and additives. Use whatever fuel/ ethanol combination you want during the season. But near seasons end, switch to ethanol free premium and store your sled with it. You're good to go. Use Stabil or whatever your choice is if you want, but do not store with ethanol.
