Dave, funny that you say that. My '13 Indy was going to my "last" new sled. Then I threw a leg over an AXYS last year for a test drive. Next thing you know, my Indy missing from my garage and there sits a 2016 SBA. ( Switchback Adventure). Who knew?SmileyFaces7

There is no way a sled with a 1.50 ratio will EVER shift out into overdrive. Horsepower will run out as wind resistance takes over. You would need a tear drop shaped bubble to cheat the wind at that speed.

Regarding the ecu power up cable, does anyone have a source for the connector that hooks up to the ecu pigtail on the sled? I'm looking for a part number and vender. With the plug, it would be simple to build your own power up cable. It looks to be the same as the gauge power up plug.

Welcome to PSP nick. I just picked up a '16 Switchback Adventure. I'm also stoked for next year. Thank God for sites like this to get us through the "other" 3 seasons!

I hope some of the right people read this thread. There are a lot of families in the same pickle. The current 120's are more or less too small for a 10-13 year old. I hope the mfg.'s step up and build the sled that would fill the hole in the present lineup.

Has anyone confirmed the 5 volt reference coming from the ecu is exactly 5 volts and doesn't vary from sled to sled? If the reference voltage varies from one sled to another, that will skew all return voltages from closed throttle to full throttle.

Maydaze, it sounds like you have covered all your bases. I know you said you checked the exhaust valves and they were clean. Are you sure the holes going into the cylinder are clear? A quick check is to pull the spark plugs and exhaust valves. Spray a small amount of carb cleaner in the holes...
