    Hand and thumb warmers?

Blow gun on the air compressor, blow them off, once one side is off you will need to cover that open end of the bars and blow the other side off. Carefully peal off the old heaters if your going to save them, otherwise just get them off. Install new heaters, pay attention to where the wires are...

    clutching help

Try a 130-180 spring once, that 140-200 spring is a little tough on full shift. If the 130-180 is to soft, try a few shims for a little more spring pressure, or if you have a less aggressive helix, try something with a 42 finish.

    Hand and thumb warmers?

2410778 HEATER, GRIP, LO/MED/HI or you could try aftermarket possibly RSI, I have been running those on my last few sleds that had straight bars and I added RSI hooks like the newer models and added the RSI warmers.

    team vs p2

The P2 clutch was never stock in any 800cc 2-stroke sled from Polaris to the best of my knowledge.

    team vs p2

Well I can't answer what it was truly designed for but Polaris had it on a 140+ HP and 650# machine and it worked well, could've used more sec. spring when modding, that was one of my problems, other than that I didn't see a weak spot other than talking to the dealers and having the bushing wear...

    P2 question

Yes I actually forgot about that one to, So I guess 4 then, so spline and also keyed, the first design with the nasty belt deflection design (2009) PN1322412, then the majority 2010-14 used PN1322827, then there was PN1323040 which used a different spring cup and was only used on a few models...

    P2 question

I believe that was Polaris's first design of the P2 clutch, I had one of them and the belt deflection idea with that plate in my opinion, could not hold up to the pressure of the compression spring used in this design, it flexed and didn't hold its shape and you were chasing the adjustment...

    team vs p2

Just curious how recent that spring chart is? Years back I was interested in a few different tabbed springs for the P2, I think they may have been all softer than whats listed, but I do have the 140-200 which I ran in my FST, and of course the 130-180 that most sleds com with. Years ago there...

    team vs p2

Take a look at a 2013 IQ550 Shift and let me know what you think? Not sure if the part #'s are any good but at least we got something to go off of. They are there and listed so? I'm sure I will be needing to figure this out in the future as I also like the P2 clutch!

Skidoo P drive clutch on Axys ?

This is a project I wanted to do since I first seen the advertising of this new clutch design, I have talked to a ski-doo engineer twice about this setup on a Polaris, I for one don't have the money for this project but believe it is possible. The unknown things are the clutch taper and offset...
