    Track Shock Mount Bolt Removal

Interesting fix. Not sure I would trust the threads on that wear rod being hardened but it is pretty interesting. I have busted countless bolts there as well as bent several shafts on that front track shock mount. It is a low point, and any rocks or crap big enough to flex the track will give...

Parts Unlimited makes one. My dealer even stocks them as they are more economical than Pol's version.

    RIP (Bigfuse)

Ed was always planning on coming down to the UP of Michigan to stay and ride with us. Then health issues started and we never ended up doing that. Great guy that always had time to discuss anything. RIP.

Just replace the valve. Unbolt and replace it. The center bar is the part Poo recommends a procedure tool for... Same with the cable. Just replace it.. no need to relearn in my experience.

Headlights flashing on 2016 Pro S Switchback

I would switch out the relay located in the bag above the clutch guard. See if that helps. I use the aftermarket Panasonic ones.

    Darting.

Refer to the manual and set up the springs as indicated there as a starting point. If the rider is geared up over 230 pounds, set the center shock spring towards the max setting. Front springs mid stock and dial in with the rear. Also check the toe out on the ski's. Seen some get out the...

    Darting.

Terrible how? Too much ski pressure? Or not enough? Most times making sure the center shock is set correctly is the first place to start. Ski shocks at the factory setting. Then use the rear spring pressure to dial in according to the driver... increase RTS to give more ski pressure, or...

    Overheated

Thermostats are known to go bad. Had one on a 16 Switchback that suddenly after a stop in the middle of a 160 mile day to fail closed. Lucky to have someone stop that had a 8 and 10 MM wrench to borrow. Pulled the thermostat out of it (leave the gasket off the stat in the head) and will...

    Top resonator bracket broke

Just had the second one break off. Not sure if it's from vibration or not. That small one on the top support bar. Anyone else see it? I may just leave it off and put some more springs on it. Not sure if welding it back on is a solution....?

Brand New XCR 800 PIDD Issue

Try a factory reset. Then make sure it functions as it should prior to doing any updates. If it does I would suspect a bad update package. Check your download, and unzip/move one at a time as suggested above.
