    Try a 64/60 full progressive. You'll like it... A lot with the 140/200 spring. Is anyone running the Indy Specialties clutch master weights? They are working very well in my Axys RMK. Fully adjustable from 60-75g ish.

    Are bulkhead halves bonded?

    The left/right sides are not bonded to each other. Only the mag & pto side supports are bonded to each side of the bulkhead. Where 7 & 14 meet and where 4 & 9 meet are bonded to each other. http://parts.polarisind.com/Assemblies.asp
