It can be the speedsensor on the driveshaft, below the secondary clutch. Disconnect it and see if works then. You can testdrive without it. I have changed many of them with the same symptons.

On stock sleds we have seen higher rpms and performance when letting of the throtlle a bit! Any one else seen this? Fix fuel with PCV or lower tps voltage?

Im building a Axys BigBore 860 RMK 155"! Ive got all parts now and just looking for time to build the engine.... Big bore 860, Wössner pistons, ported case, 4mm longer rods and cylinder shim, reed spacers, stock pipe and can, PCV, AFR and EGT meters, pump gas. I had a ProRide built the same way...

Ive been trying diffrent resistors but Im using SLP now. And reading a egt meter instead.

Do you think the ECU doesnt like pipetemp higher then 1050? Would it be better to use a temp resistor instead, so you can get it up to 1100-1200 without the ECU thinking its to hot?
