Looks to be running very good! I plan on upgrading to a 129" 850 this summer. Have you ran against any 137 or 144? I wonder how the 3 track lengths compare with everything else being equal?
Thanks for sharing these numbers. I finally have been able to get out and do some testing (vbox data logger). Your mph gain from 660-1000ft looks very good so its definitely pulling hard. Conditions have a such a huge affect its really hard to compare straight times and mph. Did you happen to...
Was this speed loss using the stiffer finish spring on a TSS-04 or a Team Tied ? The reason I ask is I'm using a team tied(66/62f and 64/60f with 155/220) and to me it seems to shift out easier than the tss-04, almost to the point you could run a stiffer spring than with the Tss-04 but still...
You can use blue loctite with the slp’s so you don’t have to fully install them. I have also wrapped them in Teflon tape and made test runs without issue so I didn’t have to wait for the loctite to set up.
By leaving the longest set screw hanging out the heel as much as you can allows this mass to shift hard early with lots of belt squeeze but being that this mass on the opposite side of the pivot pin later in the shift out it actually acts like a lightened tip weight or a very stiff finish...
those who are running the slp magnums what are you able to pull for helix? full progressive or compound? I'm running the magnums with a team tied ,bearing etc. 66-62 full progressive and am trying to hit 8400 out of the gate and climb to 8600 (1" hacksaw heavily studded) and am 67gr. I would...
In my opinion this is a must have tool if you plan on tuning and dialing in your clutching. This is the only true way to know what you spring pressures are. brand new springs are never axact to the advertise rate and all springs soften up after use some more than others. These are money well...
I took the circumference difference of 8t vs 9t = 2.86. You have approximately 55% of useable circumference on the drivers. 2.86 * .55 = 1.573 . So the 9t setup uses 1.573 more track. 1” of Rear axle centerline movement nets you 2” of track( 1” on the bottom and 1” on the top). So...
I had this setup when I was running the pcv setup. It does work how ever it seemed slow reacting when you would release the button. I think you will need to tune a map just for launching off the button that is leaner as it is just limiting rpm by retarding timing causing an over-rich condition...
