    ??? Bully Dog users ???

You may leave it mounted or not, totally a personal choice there. I leave mine mounted when I ride because I like to monitor Knock Retard (it'll show up on the Bully Dog gauge before your Polaris gauge flashes DET) in case I run into bad fuel along with monitoring my pipe EGT. The gauges are...

    Fogging

Just an FYI for Bikeman Performance customers, I developed a tune to help fog the motor with our Bully Dog tuner. The tune is free for anyone that purchased a Bully Dog through us. Send me an e-mail at neal@bikemanperformance.com with your ECU serial number and Bully Dog serial number attached...

    0.250" compression height w/shim

I may be wrong but I don't think it was until the '13 or '14 model year that they offset their pistons.

    BUlly Dog SLP VS Bikeman

Unfortunately right now the Bully Dog Docking Stations are out of stock due to a bean counter at BD thinking that they were the same as the EGT docking station for trucks and discontinuing them. They are working on getting them back into production but I don't have a solid ETA yet.

    Thanks guys!

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

Thanks Brock! I know what it's like to be on the other side so I always try to make sure people are taken care of.

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

Ha, I'm glad you asked that because I went to take a picture of the two profiles side by side and they were the same! Our machinist ran the wrong profile in our latest batch. Luckily this batch was just finished so it was caught right away. Unluckily that means we're out of clutch weights until...

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

There is nothing wrong with that profile. We're working to streamline clutch weight production due to a new clutch weight design in the works (completely different from the Goldstars) and decided to stick with our old profile instead of the new one.

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

Yeah you guys scare a lot of people away from our clutch kits lol. On the plus side we are no longer sending that flatter profile with our Polaris clutch kits Div20

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

Those would be the 58-80g clutch weights which is not similar to the 10-series.

Bikeman pipe and clutch kit input

If you just ordered the clutch kit from our website you'll be getting our original profile which is similar to the 10-series Polaris weight which is not the profile that Brock and Dr.Notadoo dislike so much. You'll love the pipe and clutching, it definitely rips! No need for a fuel controller on...

    Assault clutch tuning

Did you order the clutch kit straight through us? Sounds like you got a short track clutch setup instead of the long track setup which would explain the laziness in the trail. If you ordered it through us shoot me an e-mail at neal@bikemanperformance.com so I can get it sorted out.

    2017 pipes

Agreeing with Joey on recommending the Bully Dog with BMP tune (bias aside) but I do know of some customers running their '16 sleds with a BMP pipe and no tune. We just do not recommend it as you are on the lean side and there is not much room for forgiveness in the factory tune and a pipe on...

    DYNOTYME II !!!!!

Must be break-in mode because the timing maps are identical between '16 and '17.

    DYNOTYME II !!!!!

Cool, looking forward to seeing the results. Either timing is actually reduced in break-in mode (can't say we've tested back to back with a break-in/non-break-in mode sled since we always use a sled out of break-in mode for testing) or the only other case in which timing is reduced is when knock...

    DYNOTYME II !!!!!

Timing must have been retarded either due to break-in mode (which if I'm remembering correctly only adds extra fuel and oil) or some other correction factor such as exhaust temps too low (timing is retarded until the pipe reaches 1200 F) and in ethanol mode timing is reduced as well. This is...

    DYNOTYME II !!!!!

No, the '15 also needs more fuel for the y-pipe since we're talking about going off of a base map tuned for a pipe. Comparing PCV maps, yes the '16 will have more fuel added than a '15. Add the 2-3% (I would do 3% to be on the safe side) to your base map that you have for the pipe setup.

    DYNOTYME II !!!!!

Yeah I'm sitting here having drinks to celebrate and there's no Tom. What the heck??
