800 rush led lights no battery

Just picked up a 2016 Rush 800 and I want to install heated helmet cord and a led light kit that runs off 12v but takes minimal voltage. I have no Battery? Was told there is still an accessory plug and I can use that, or also wire the lights off the heated hand grips? Any help is much appriciated.
