08 700 Switchback bogs

I have a 08 700 switchback that wants to bog sometimes. When i cross a crossing and get on it, the rpm may only stay around 6300. After i burp the throttle it will come out of it and run fine. I have went though the exhaust valves and tore the drive clutch apart and all weights and rollers are fine. Moveable bushing and cover bushing are fine also. Just looking for help.

How old are the plugs?

Plugs are brand new. First thing I tried but no luck.

Two things to possibly check are: the exhaust valve bellows for leaks and check the TPS sensor sweep on a meter and make sure there are no dead spots in it.
