My FTS fell apart this winter and the shaft is now bent. Reservoir popped off but was able to salvage all the pieces.
The cost of rebuild will cost the same as new. I have no experience messing with shocks. Problem is, the whole assembly isn't available until end of August or possibly October.
Anyone know what a compatible shock would be? P/N 7044575 (or 2881971).
Also, if there is anyone that has experience rebuilding the shock, how difficult is it?
