2017 Polaris Assault
I asked around towards the end of last season and thought maybe someone found a good solution over the summer.

Would like to have a 2 up seat for occasional ride with my wife.

Polaris doesn't make anything specific for the assault, but I read somewhere that they're supposed to release one this month. (October).

Anybody have any info or inside scoop on that ??

I know the assault platform isn't really a 2 up rig, but the wife is only 115#'s, and probably only go on a few rides.

Like this? but its in europe don't think we can get it.

Thank you.
I have seen those, and I do think they're available here, but I don't care for the look of it.

Polaris makes a very nice seat for the axys, but it works with the cargo rack on the rush type chassis.

Thinking about getting the seat and rack, and fabbing it to fit my sled.

There's also a backrest that is available to connect with the rack.

Well if anyone is interested, this is what I ended doing.
Cut the rush chassis rack to fit on my Assault.
Along with the X2 seat and backrest from Switchback adventure.

Looks good.
Having a 2 up setup is handy.
One ride take the wife, next ride shred it up with the guys.

Also can leave the rack on if I go on a long trip.
There's a few options of bags and such that'll lock into the rack.

Maybe better than a tunnel bag that gets wet, scratches tunnel, holds heat on top of coolers.
