2004 800xc edge staring issue

Having some issues with my 2004 800 xc sp edge, starts fine but after it runs then sits doesn’t want to start again, I’m finding that not choking it makes it more likely to start then choking it. New plugs, Motor has 145psi per cylinder also has spark when this happens, I’m narrowing it down to fuel delivery or choke out of adjustment. Wondering if this is a 800 issue or something else??

Roughly 20 degrees and roughly an hour but seems to do it not matter what circumstances are.

I honestly don't remember using the choke on either of my 700's unless it had sat for several hours or was really cold out. Usually they needed a small blip of the throttle while pulling the rope because it was too rich already.
