Antifreeze leaking out of weep hole in bottom of case.

2014 800 switchback. I put a durability kit in this engine. I replaced all seals including the water pump shaft seals. After reassembly I started it up and had antifreeze dripping out of the weep hole. I have it apart again. Two questions What might I have done wrong? And the first seal can be put in one of two ways. Flush side facing out on in. I do not want to do this again.
 
Do you have the right tool for installing the outer seal? If you have coolant leaking from the weep hole it's always the outer seal behind the impeller.
