I have a 2016 Polaris SB Pro S 800 ES, where can I find the stock specs on my clutches and gearing?
IE primary and secondary spring colors and weights, helix angles, weights etc.

What I think I have found so far: 10-66 weights, 23-37 gears 1.61, 68 chain, so far so good or
am I off. Couldn't fine 1* or 2* spring weights or colors or helix specs. Thanks for the help

I think i found primary spring is gold, 100 - 275 and the driven clutch spring is blue/black and 123 - 203. Still no dice on the helix, and am not 100% sure on these spring specs.
Ok helix is 58/44 .36 all else is correct.

The 1.61 is for sleds with the ripsaw2 track, if it has the cobra it most likely is geared 1.68 (22/37)

Thank you Jesusfreak, that manual is what I was looking
for but could not find. JWB

So now that I know where I'm starting from, in reading several of the clutching discussions on
this forum (Brock?) I have seen where guys with my same sled have done the following in
tuning their clutching:
Change weights to 10-68's and spring to 120-310 on the drive clutch.
Change helix to 46-42 and spring to 140-220 on the driven clutch.
Change gearing to 1.74 with 23-40 gears 70P chain. I'm pretty sure I
don't want to change everything at once, but in what order would I begin, etc.
I'm pretty much a 0 to 60 guy as opposed to a top end guy, mostly trail
riding, 240# old guy. Or should I just leave well enough alone?

68 weights primary spring and gearing at same time

Has any one tried 24 40 gearing I believe the NSP Kit uses this dealer said I should try going with a 40 bottom and of coarse 70 P chain .

NSP kit, mine would not pull the 70g wts on the top end, low to mid was fantastic. Have a set of 68's to slide in there for this season. Yes did gear change he includes at the same time.

Thanks guys ,going to go with the 24/40 gearing. And change out the blue black secondary and adjust the slp magnum force weights accordingly.
