Need Help Boys

New to me 1995 RXL 650 fuel injected. Road 3 times runs great. Last ride after 45 minutes shut off. took a break. Would not restart. took 3 of us an hour pulling and swapping plugs to get her home. Has not restarted since. Today tank was drained and filled with fresh gas. new battery. filter flushed prior to trying to start. Wont start. Have spark all 3 cylinders. pistons and plus wet every time trying. fuel pump cycles. No codes flashing from ecm. seems to be engine control related but need more insight. way too much fuel seems to be the case. will the ecm flash codes not running? what am I missing?

yep, spark all 3 cylinders. fuel verified out of filter and will flood plugs and wet piston tops when attempting to start. Any body know if ecm will flash a code with out running? Not showing any code with key ON

is the battery FULL charged? If not it won't run.

Yep new battery. Even tried w jump pack also. Verified 12.5v
