I've only run my Assault long enough to get it on and off my enclosed trailer....maybe five minutes max. Looks like I have the typical Polaris exhaust flange/donut leak ! Belly pan is covered in oil. :(

Mine's doing the same. Spatter everywhere puddle in the belly pan. It was warmed up once to get it on the trailer and once to get it off.

They all do that til the sled has a few hundred miles on it then everything seals. I usually wash the belly pan after that. It definitely is frustrating tho.

Seen lots with outlets not being quite round, the y pipe base not perfectly flat, bad grafoil seals, not torqued properly from factory

This can lose hp as we've seen on Dyno

Check everything, put y pipe back on with new gasket and torque with some loc-tite as factory doesn't use loc-tite.
