Slp torque strap question

Slp sells a torque strap for the axys that is supposed to help with belt alignment at high rpm but it says without electric start.
Why can't you use it if you have electric start? Does it have to do with the starter on the flywheel when starting? If that's the case can't I install it and just pull start it instead of key starting it and leave if all in ?

More than likely the pinion is mounted in the way.

That's what it looks like idk it looks like it would bolt up

Like I said the pinion, probably the cable drive are in the way
