Hit a rock just below the deep snow surface. Rock profile (frozen river) was like a cement block. About 30 mph. Sled stopped instantly and spun 90 degrees. I kept going 20 feet further.

Doing something I shouldn't have been doing.

Amazingly, the last photo shows what I have to replace. About 600 bucks worth. Bulkhead, mounting studs all ok as you can see. Bravo Polaris!

Thank goodness I'm not hurt (sore tho).

Wow!!

Glad your OK.

Shit happens ,we've all done it.

Wow is right. That's an amazingly clean break.

Good to hear your okay.

Back in the saddle again. Shock needle shaft part took a little while to get. Supplier issues I heard.
