Who has their sled and who is delayed? I just spoke with my dealer again and i am looking at a late Nov ship date with a early December pick up......... ughhhhh!
 
I’ve had mine for 3-4 weeks but right after they slowed down and put the brakes on.
 
Have not heard anything going to check today
 
Nvr hurts to ck. It seems as if they are again back to shipping. Don’t hold your breath for an email ive had mine for a month or so. And still haven’t got a email saying it had shipped. .lol
 
Was supposed to have it shipped on the 15 of this month was informed maybe the 29 now rrrr I'm not going to be able to purchase the early Ontario trail permit
 
delayed......... again was suppose to ship yesterday, my dealer says Nov 28TH, at this point with ship timing and PDI it may end up under the tree!!

Ok up date on delivery got an email on 11/23 that sled was being shipped an could be 2/3 weeks 11/27 I call dealer to get VIN I need it for permits they say it's on trk GPS says it'll be at dealer 12/3 ok dealer calls today tells me weather an an shipping issue they don't expect to c sled til the 15 of December an the tunnel protectors r back ordered WTF . I've been riding am buying sleds for 35 yrs from another manufacturer 1st time I switched colors an never heard of such crap that snow checked sleds get last delivery

I spoke to my dealer this am, same shit, apparently mine left yesterday with a delivery date of Dec 7TH (not holding my breath) i have been buying sleds since 1985, said i would never own a polaris...... after all these years I have softened up and wanted to try one, been on a Doo 850 the last 2 years and although it was a blast to ride the handling was sub par in the trails, so here i am sit and wait...........
 
Sent an email to Polaris customer service last night with in 10min I got a phone call but was on a fire call so called back an talked to a supervisor she said they will call me in the morning today nothing will get done but maybe they will change their game plan next time around will see so I sit an wait
 
Sled is finally at dealer but still no tunnel protectors hopefully by friday an ill pick it up next week

Ordered on snowcheck April 16, 2019 confirmed. I was originally told late October 20-Nov 1, but that came and went. Then I was told Nov 24 - Dec 1 and that came and went. Now I am told tentative delivery Dec 23-Jan 2. This is ridiculous. By the time it ships to the delaer, gets prepped it'll be mid January earliest and maybe early February. What's the point of snowchecking and not receiving the sled before the season starts. They are built in MN and I ride WI/MI... they know how long the season is... it's ridiculous. What's really insulting is that dealers have the same sleds on their showroom floors, but mine is nowhere to be seen and I can't get a straight answer from Polaris. This is a $5 billion company we are talking about. There is no excuse they can't get their product delivered in time for the relative season. Very unhappy customer. I've always ridden Polaris for 30 years, but if I don't see this sled before the turn of the year I'll buy a Ski Doo of a showroom floor and be done with Polaris. This is an insult to loyal customers.
 
Don't feel bad, last year I snow checked a sled for the wife. 2019 Pro-S 800. Got it in the middle of January. So much for riding the first half of the season. Hopefully you will get yours soon. If you complain enough, and loud enough, Polaris might give you something in return.

I've been calling and complaining for a month. All they do is give me more BS. They've moved my 'tentative' ship date 3x already. I have no faith in them and I'm really not happy about it. My group has a cabin rented for several weeks starting in January with deposits given. Polaris is based in MN. They know when the season starts and typically how long it lasts. It's unprofessional and ridiculous. I found a dealer that has 2 2020 MXZ X's on the showroom floor I may buy if ours are not delivered before the end of the year. I wont reward Polaris for bad behavior and buy one of their machines again. The most insulting part is that the same sleds are sitting on dealer showrooms now, but different colors. Why order early and why order from Polaris if they trat loyal customers like this.
 
Got an email, forget what date. Picked it up December 4th. Snow conditions really suck here. Can only ride it up and down the river. Oh well at least I can break it in. :(
 
Still waiting on my snow check order... over a month late from original shipping date. I understand there's a pandemic going on but damnit Polaris!
 
Yellow sleds having issues with delivery also. Not that it makes you feel better but if you chose a yellow one you might be in same boat .

Talking to guys at work and there's issues with Ski-Doo sleds also. Guy picked up his and his son's sled, his son couldn't go with. Got the sleds home to find his son's sled was the wrong sled. Was suppose to have the updated gauge and other options. Took the sled back confirming it was the wrong sled and his son's sled has not shipped yet and couldn't get a ship date.

Hope you guys get your sleds soon. I wouldn't be in a very good mood either.
