2017 800 assault
Hello, new to this sight and looking for some advice.
I have a 2017 800 Axys Assault 144" The front end is at 42 ". I am looking for some advice to make it more narrow to 38" or even 36". I was told maybe the front end from axys RMK may work for the a arms and tie rods. Just wondering if anyone has done this?

I have not but think its the chassis are the same, it should bolts on.

Logic would say you could get new a-arms and steering tie rods. Not sure if the shocks would fit - might need those too. However, I have heard of an aftermarket company (Mountain Side Products) that makes offset spindles. I believe the ones for the Assault will get you 1" narrower on each side (2" total).

I narrowed mine up with Zbroz A-Arms, arms came with shorter steering rods and I sent shocks to Monster Performance to shorten. The sled is so fun to ride anywhere and everywhere. I did end up going to different bushings as I didnt like the slop stockers produced.
