Sure, flip flop the spacers.

I'll dig more into it, but the spacer shown in the picture seems to be pressed in pretty tight. I reefed on it pretty good with a pair of channel locks and wacked it a little with a hammer and it didn't budge.

I thought that inner bushing pushes thru but I could be wrong. It its a slight press you could flip them anyway. Put a little heat on the Alum and tap the steel busing out.
 
If you heat it up be very careful you’ll ruin your powder coat, heat guns only. Aluminum displaces heat very rapidly it is difficult to concentrate the heat. They probably have a slight interference fit, I’d try pressing it out with something like a ball joint press or bessy clamp and pipe. I know I tried on my ‘17 one day and it didn’t budge so I just left it alone.
 
Not adjustable. You would have to carefully cut that bushing off in order to move to other side. Adjustable spindles are another way..

I didn't think so, but wanted a confirmation. I just got the sled and am learning it.
