    Batteries Replacement

I'm using the Polaris battery from the dealer. I've put one battery in my 2016 and my wifes 2019 is the original.

    99 XLT Special

Having problems getting my 99 XLT Special to idle correctly. It always wants to idle high. Tried spray around carbs to see if there was an air leak. Didn't find any. Carbs are synched. NGK B9-EV plugs. Running all stock except for Aaen pipes. Jetting is correct, needles are clipped in the...

Headlights flashing on 2016 Pro S Switchback

I had that problem. I was told there are 5 capacitors and one of them controls the headlights. I was on a trip in the UP and got serviced at Pat's Polaris in Greenland. It took about 20 minutes and I was on my way.

    Overheated

The wife overheated her 2019 Pro-S to the point the orange bar came on in the PIDD display. What type of problems do you think I'll have, both present and future? Seems to be running fine now. We were riding on icy trail with little loose snow and she was afraid to go off trail every so often to...

    DELIVERY TIMING

Don't feel bad, last year I snow checked a sled for the wife. 2019 Pro-S 800. Got it in the middle of January. So much for riding the first half of the season. Hopefully you will get yours soon. If you complain enough, and loud enough, Polaris might give you something in return.

Center shock an rear shock Removal

I removed both shocks without removing the skid. Be ready/able to jack the sled up using the running boards. That takes the pre load off the rear shock. It comes right out then. Let the back of the sled hang down and you should'/will have enough room to get the track shock out.

    Headlights Blinking

    Headlights Blinking

Update: Found out the problem was a bad capacitor. Was told there are 5 of them on a 16 Pro-S 800. Just an FYI

    Headlights Blinking

Anybody have the headlights blink constantly on your sled? 2016 Pro - S 800. I'm thinking voltage regulator. Haven't started to check connections or anything like that. Thanks.

    Michigan Trail Permit location

I put my sticker in the same place as Burr600. The only thing I do differently is put my sticker on a piece of clear tape, then attach the tape to the windshield. If I ever need to take the sticker off and transfer it to another windshield, I can with no problem
