Yes I did Brett. With the combo in post 103 I could roll by my '17 without much problem at 8200. This was in northern Maine at near zero temps. The rpm I gave in post 105 was in the western part of the state, 2000' ish so rpm was down, I never gave it a thought until I saw 8200 up north at close...
Good point. They look quite aggressive through the bottom and mid range. I have a 140-310 primary spring that may help carry my rpm to the top end. I'd like to see 8250-8300 way on top.
Put over 500 miles on over the week end on the combo I posted earlier. Groomed fluffy powder 8200. Early morning groomed hard pack at 5 degrees 8250-8300. Stock gearing and Gates belt.
120-310, 10-64, 140-220, 46-42F. short mid range roll ons are 8200rpm going up the slope. smoother than stock clutching. Better mid range pull. 11-64 next. Good call on the helix Dr.
thanks for the info Dr. Notadoo , I now have access to that helix. I'll probably try it just for testing. It worked very well in our edge 600's. has anyone tried Polaris 11 series weights? I have 11-64 I'm going to try.
