Was told at the dealer when I asked about a fix because the plastic breaks in colder weather like we have up here. " ya think the company is gonna care about a few brake levers up in the north" Well I'm thinking if they don't care about the folks in the north I'll have to find a company that...
First time using the brake lock it snapped right off. My thumb on my weak left hand snapped it right off....like what the f@#k. Went to go replace it. They told me 92 bucks. Fak that. Zip tie if needed. Never used the lever lock before.
Hey folks just wondering if there was anywhere on a 2020 Switchback you can carry an extra quart or two of oil besides the under the seat storage or by travel luggage?
Thanks guys. Found a place to get covers with nipples but cant get hold of them right now. They are also vented so no over greasing the back seals out.
Anyone having Jackshaft problems? There's a few in my area failing at around the 2000 to 2500 mark. Warrantied but still a pain in the ass, especially when we have a hard time getting parts over here, season done if ya go down. When are they gonna put a damn grease nipple on the bearings...
Anybody with a 2020 using an old school windshield bag and what kind will fit? The new ones are pricey and don't hold much. Maybe a set of googles and a map, at couple hundred bucks I'll have to keep sticking stuff in a backpack
Had to laugh at the storage on the hood by the winsheild...suppose to be for goggles. Can"t even fit a pair of lenses in there. I did manage to get my wallet and a bic lighter inside but had to wiggle them around. Handlebar bags are nice but cant keep an eye on gauges from a sitting position.
