Been busy in the garage doing some spring and shock changes. The ride of the sled in stock form last winter was fantastic, but just wanted to dial it in a bit. I went with Hygear springs and had Bruce from Bline Control out of Lindstrom MN re-valve the shocks. Now I just have to wait for snow.
I figured it out. I removed the rear tank bolt and it didnt loosen up and that is why I asked the question. Well aluminum adventure saddle bag bracket was pushing against the tank a bit not allowing the tank to lift up. Removed the bracket and the tank was easily lifted out of the way to remove...
Not trying to sound dumb. Took my seat off and it appears there is not enough room between the fuel tank and the front shock mount to remove the front mounting bolt. So before I do more work than necessary do I need to remove the fuel tank. I guess I am being lazy so I thought I would ask.
