THE LINE LENGTH SHOULD NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE,THE APAPTER HAS A CK VALVE IN THE THREADED PART THAT GOES IN THE HEAD.. THERE IS ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE IN THAT HOSE, SHOULDENT MAKE A DIFFERENCE..IM GUESSING THE GAUGE ITSELF IS WHATS INACCURATE ...SHOULD EASILY BE OVER 100 WITH A GOOD GAUGE..
Yes it would make more power at 13.5 .. and the tighter squish would most likely require a shorter distance to run in. Not ideal for trail and better fuel is s must

no don't run more spring just to slow the clutch from opening because the helix is to steep . in a strait line you could get away with it ,on the trail I don't think you will..
yes its custom, go 66-60 on the other cut, considering ur running the jaws pipe and it likes to rev to 8400 plus the shallower cut with the 60 will give you options..carry rpm on the big end where the pipe likes it..
the 68 is about a 50 in a tss 04 and the 63 is like a 45..so unless you have some other modds the 63 might be a bit to much,a 62 is like a 44 in the tss04
