They are completely different. The cat "boss" clutch are mass produced 2 piece designed by cat and team. Polaris has the real team clutch. Since the new clutch the 800 cat is very slow top end
Lights are nice! I could never drill holes in my hood though! That wireless link is really neat. You can also view all that info using a bullydog. That power up cable seems like a great idea
I'm hearing reports from a couple casual trail sled guys that rear suspension doesn't work that good in chatter bumps. I could see that with it being set up for more aggressive riding
The uncoupled axys suspension is hard to beat for launching out of the hole and traction. The 2017 polaris have updated mapping that works way better than previous years. Ski doo is using a new clutch which might not be dialed in yet. And Ski doo fan boys are crying that ski doo break in...
This really makes it clear how all the SLP guys swear the thing runs awesome on snow with the SLP pipe and runs with other pipes that dyno more hp.
I had SSI pipe and it ran awesome for a little ways until pipe got hot and DET Limp mode. It sucked bad. Dyno's amazing power but real world...
Thanks for sharing very interesting. SLP and Jaws look like a very good choice for real world riding. Bragging rights drag racing the top end pipes are way to go I think and I believe 5 hp or so lost in mid range you can't really feel the seat in pants difference.

Dynojet's getting into the ECU Flash market. This is available for polaris off road vehicles. They use the same type of ecu so I would imagine it will work for sleds also but don't hold me to that. They also make a more...
I have seen some testing that even 1.74 gearing will not shift out all the way need to go to 1.8 range. Especially with overdrive now you can gear down and have overdrive for top end
This is such a huge problem one of the most popular groups on Facebook sledderz every post is what can to get and see new companies making them all the time. It's the cool thing to do unfortunately.
is your sled used? maybe have ssi pipe mod? mine would DET past 3/4 throttle with pipe mod and if someone didn't tell you you can't tell it had a pipe mod looks stock
Walker shafts have crap chroming they are known to do this I have had this issue before. Even in my IQR they were junk i told the race department and they sent me new ones no questions asked. There quality control is also pretty bad make sure you look them over good they a lot of time have...
I asked you a while ago just wondering if you got the chance to test to see if bullydog installation effect the gearing calibration, ignition lock? Also in your comparison 2017 vs 2016, They released an updated map in feb 2016 for the 2016 models. Reflash calibration 4016413. That also...
