My last 2 sleds at about 5000 miles both sleds have had issues my new sled wont have electric start i think they need to revamp there system and if its cold when you really need them it wont even start the sled

i have always run 110 thousand washer behind the secondary never hit and have run three different secondary tss o4 tied and p2
Installed mine last night didn't like the way the mag side fit
i installed 4 pto mounts i feel much better fit if we get another

We went on a quebec trip felt some heat on my foot of the clutch side and rpm would jump up a few hundred at 90 miles per hr and felt a vibration through the sled that got worse with speed
rode my buddies 18 twice as smooth pto clutch side motor mounts were fine muffler mag side tons of slop...
We checked three sleds in our group all three of the sleds need mag side mounts rode my buddies xcr really smooth compared our 16 and 17 so going to put factory 18 mounts in

i hear the 2018 mounts are different and they superseded all the old part numbers
i hear of people using 18 pto mounts all the way around anyone have any feedback on using all four 18 pto mounts

Change front track spring to a 150 they came stock on pro x thats the best bang for the buck i have messed around with a few spring combo i liked pro x 150 front spring and 130 rear spring off theXCR
I installed my straps with the proper banding tool when i wraped my jaws
and mine also came undone after 1500 miles of riding i think the heat shield will be your best bet to keep the heat in the pipe

I would take some weight away or put 140 220 in the secondary i was running daltons qa3 at 71 grams and reving 8350 change the secondary to 140 200
Had to take out two grams to rev 8350
23 -40 gearing as per the pulling rpm these ASSAULT are animals we have tested with all three secondarys
