How much belt too sheave clearance in the primary ?

I have 1000s of miles on these style weights ( ran them in my 3 procrosses) not 1 issue .

140 200 you can get from polaris, 120 310 you can also get from polaris.

alot of tip weight will make it engage higher

so if you would use a 54/44 full progressive you wouldn't have too load the weight so hard by the pin ?

yes they input top and bottom , if gearing 23/40 have the tech put in 22/41 and the speedo will be close too dead nuts
