    2015, and 2016 Indy 600 running 160-185 degrees

If you are driving on real hard packed snow, the INDY chassis gets hot. They are not as bad as the IQ Chassis but still get hot easy. Scratchers will fix it!

Pro S LE 800 over rev

I havent tuned a Pro-S as of yet but the hot setup guys seem to be using for your sled is a 50/42 Fully Progressive Helix and a 140/200 or 140/220 Spring.

    Rebuild Motor

If you havent got the cylinders off yet... They will come off without removing the overstructure but getting them in you need to remove the overstructure. Remove the 4 bolts holding the 2 parts of the overstructure on, and theres 2 bolts at the bottm of the cross tube above the Exhaust facing to...

Pro S LE 800 over rev

The 11 series load heavier in the Bottom and Mid range. Much better pull. But less top end. Good for hard hitting corner to corner but they get lazy after roughly 90mph. The Dalton QAP3s are an excellent choice for weights, you can adjust very quickly at trail side without removing the weights...

    Primary Clutch Spring.....what to order?

For the 140 vs 165 start rate, the 165 will engage approx 250 RPMs higher. Your wide open RPMs on those 2 springs should stay the same. The finish angles for every increase in 10 giives 100 RPMs at wide open throttle. EX: 310 vs 320 finish.

My take on AXYS down HP/fade

Just read a post yesterday about the same situation, someone put a borescope down and had a look at the Exhaust valve position while hooked up to the digital wrench. Although the Digital wrench was saying the valves were in the proper position, the bore scope showed differently. They backed off...

    Indy 600 clutching

If you guys are trying to use the 11 series weights, i find you need a higher finish on the primary spring. Also stiffer on the secondary. Now for my 800s, I can pull 11-66s with a 140/340 primary spring in my Stock motor INDY with a 54/42 helix, 140/240 spring. Modded INDY pulls a 54/44...

    INDY 800 Lean MidRange

I agree with what you are saying. But when my Wife is driving it and shes cruising steady at 5300-5800 RPMS then its running in the 13s then no way am i leaving that air fuel ratio lean. 13s at cruising down the trails is a bad thing.

    INDY 800 Lean MidRange

INDY 800 Lean Mid Range So a couple, weeks ago I put an air fuel Guage on my 2015 INDY 800 on the stock pipe. It has V-Force3R reeds. I wanted to see the midrange Air Fuel ratio because my wife will be driving this sled a lot as I sold her 600. I don't know why these engines haven't been going...
